In the role of Apartment Leasing Consultant, you will work closely with the Property Management Team to oversee all facets of apartment leasing and guarantee resident satisfaction. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Collaboration: Work alongside the Property Management Team to ensure seamless operations.
- Unit Availability: Keep track of available units and manage leasing inquiries.
- Work Orders: Address and process maintenance requests efficiently.
- Property Tours: Conduct engaging tours of the property for prospective residents.
- Marketing Support: Assist in promotional activities to attract new tenants.
