About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Engage Life Program Coordinator at Atria Senior Living. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for leading assigned programs that enhance the lives of our residents and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead assigned Engage Life programs to promote resident engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement diversified recreational activities to cater to the interests of our residents.
  • Collaborate with the Engage Life Director to plan and execute community events, parties, and activities.
  • Assist in maintaining records of resident participation levels and activity acceptance.
  • Support census building initiatives and participate in community outreach programs.
  • May drive company vehicles for community events and activities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with residents and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve community goals.
What We Offer

Atria Senior Living offers a competitive salary range of $16.00/hr - $18.40/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience. Our benefits package includes paid holidays and PTO, community employees may receive annual anniversary rewards, and employees may be eligible for an Annual Scores Reward.
