Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all food items are prepared to exacting standards, maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare bread items according to production schedules and banquet event orders that meet quality standards.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and requisition.
  • Communicate with the Pastry Chef, Sous Chefs, and the Executive Chef regarding menu items, problem situations, or shortages.
  • Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.
  • Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of Bakery items to carry out the duties and responsibilities for the position in an efficient and productive manner.
  • At least 1 year of Baking experience.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lb.
