  • Provide training and development opportunities to project team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
**Requirements**
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Remodel experience is a must.
  • Proficiency in Procore or equivalent construction management software.
  • Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as required by project locations.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
