Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Bassett Physical Therapy. As a Speech Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced therapists to provide high-quality care to children in their homes and in our fully-equipped clinics.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree from a bachelors or higher program in a related field approved by ASHA and have the necessary clinical skills to treat the pediatric population. You will be responsible for conducting screenings, assessments, and interventions to help children achieve their full potential.

Benefits of this role include a competitive estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, Monday through Friday schedule, health, dental, and vision insurance, term life insurance, 401k retirement plan, paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and interventions to help children achieve their full potential
  • Work closely with experienced therapists to provide high-quality care to children
  • Maintain current CPR certification and comply with accepted professional standards and practice
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a related program approved by ASHA
  • Clinical skills to treat the pediatric population
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
