Mixology Specialist

At Terrace Hotel Lakeland, we're seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests.

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure all guests are served to brand standards in the restaurant/dining areas
• Optimize each guest's experience by living out our company purpose of 'hospitality from our family to yours'
• Manage beverage stations, including stocking and replenishing supplies
• Check identification of patrons before serving alcoholic beverages
• Complete daily temperature and waste logs of the bar
• Meet order requests from the restaurant and standard specifications

• Team-oriented with an innate sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience with customer service or food and beverage is preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
