Pharmacy Technician RoleThe Pharmacy Technician position plays a vital role in supporting our pharmacists and patients. As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll be responsible for managing pharmacy workstations, tasks, and patient prescriptions. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and ensuring accurate and timely prescription fulfillment.
Responsibilities- Manage pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team's ability to fill patient prescriptions promptly, safely, and accurately.
- Provide caring service that exceeds customer expectations.
- Complete an extensive CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program and satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to your State's Board of Pharmacy guidelines.
- Expand your Pharmacy Technician duties and build your clinical, technical, and insurance knowledge and expertise by leveraging available tools and training.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
