Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Pathology Laboratories. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and customer-focused service while performing venipuncture on patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and prepare non-blood specimens
  • Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering
  • Champion safety, compliance, and quality control
  • Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous phlebotomy training or experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and data entry skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
  • Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians
