Job Title: Team Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Manager to join our team. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the bakery-cafe
  • Coach and develop associates to improve their skills and performance
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
