Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Leader to join our team. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of researchers and scientists in advancing the nation's security and energy resilience.

- Develop and implement research strategies to address complex national security challenges.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement laboratory-wide initiatives.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of laboratory resources.
- Recruit and retain top talent in the field of national security and energy resilience.
- Ph.D. in a relevant field, such as engineering, physics, or computer science.
- At least 8 years of experience in research and development, with a focus on national security and energy resilience.
- Proven track record of leading research teams and developing successful research strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and researchers.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance.
