Job Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our banking services.
- Account Management: Open and manage various deposit accounts, update member information, and perform account maintenance tasks.
- Loan Processing: Evaluate and verify loan applications, compute debt ratios, and determine creditworthiness.
- Teller Transactions: Process a variety of teller transactions, balance cash drawers, and maintain teller balancing standards.
- Experience: 1+ years of previous banking experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: Sales experience.
