Medical Case Manager II

CorVel Corporation is seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Case Manager II to join our team. As a Medical Case Manager II, you will play a critical role in facilitating the recovery of injured workers and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide medical case management services to individuals through in-person and telephonic communications with patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
- Evaluate treatment plans for appropriateness, medical necessity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Assess patient progress and implement effective care strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Travel locally to meet with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the state of operation.
- Certification as a CCM, CIRS, or other case management certifications preferred.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to assigned locations.
