Job Title: Night Auditor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform front desk duties, including checking guests in and out, promoting sales-related programs, and maintaining accurate guest records.
  • Audit previous day's receipts to verify and balance entries, run reports, and ensure the accuracy of information.
  • Assist with setting up breakfast, including food preparation, setup, service, and cleaning.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk lobby area and comply with hotel safety and security rules.
Requirements:
  • Ability to take written and verbal direction, speak English clearly, and read English.
  • Ability to relate to the public in a warm, friendly manner and provide a hospitable environment.
  • Ability to give attention to detail, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of Drury Hotels' policies and procedures for guest services.
  • Ability to handle money, make change, and utilize office machines in daily activities.
