Job Summary

The Night Auditor is a critical role within our team at Aimbridge Hospitality. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records during the overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage the front desk operation during the overnight shift, providing exceptional customer service to guests.
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including deposits, payments, and adjustments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and other relevant data.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
