ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Facilitating student engagement in social-emotional learning and physical education activities.
- Ensuring compliance with instructional time requirements.
- Leading, demonstrating, and participating in various student activities.
- Overseeing group activities, including games and snack distribution.
- Creating a secure and supportive learning atmosphere while applying effective behavior management techniques.
- Communicating effectively with students, guardians, and staff.
- Utilizing modern technology for program delivery.
- Serving as a positive role model for students.
- Exhibiting outstanding customer service to all participants.
- Adhering to health and safety protocols as required.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in education, coaching, or child development is preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Completion of necessary training as mandated by the organization.
