Your Role

At Paul Davis Restoration of West Richmond, we believe in empowering our employees to succeed in their roles. As a Mitigation Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers and contribute to the success of our organization.

You will be responsible for assessing damage, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing restorative measures to return properties to their original state. Your strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough damage assessments and develop effective mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Utilize industry-standard equipment to restore properties to their pre-loss condition.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Previous experience in property restoration or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
