Job Description

As a Swim Lesson Facilitator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading swim lessons for children aged 4 months to 12 years
  • Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans
  • Providing individualized attention and support to students

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children in a swimming or aquatic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
