  • Meet daily production goals as set by management.
  • Ensure all finished products meet customer satisfaction standards.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment through respect and support for colleagues.
  • Take responsibility for your tasks and those of your team during shifts.

Qualifications:

  • No prior baking experience is required; training will be provided.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, typically 8 hours per shift.
  • Basic math skills are necessary for measuring ingredients.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Physical capability to lift weights ranging from 5 to 50 lbs safely.

Job Type: Full-time (32 hours per week, schedule may vary)

Compensation: Up to $15 per hour based on experience

Shift: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM, 8-hour shift
