Role Overview:
- Examine client orders, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure the accuracy of customer master data and production workflows.
- Engage with multiple departments to guarantee that client expectations are met in accordance with operational capabilities and industry benchmarks.
- Execute corrective measures to resolve client grievances and findings from audits.
- Undertake additional duties as required.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and client specifications.
- Expertise in an ERP system and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Capability to influence cross-departmental teams and assess process efficiency.
- Awareness of Health & Safety and Environmental standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
- Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role.
- Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and/or IATF 16949 standards.
