Role Overview:
  • Examine client orders, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure the accuracy of customer master data and production workflows.
  • Engage with multiple departments to guarantee that client expectations are met in accordance with operational capabilities and industry benchmarks.
  • Execute corrective measures to resolve client grievances and findings from audits.
  • Undertake additional duties as required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and client specifications.
  • Expertise in an ERP system and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Capability to influence cross-departmental teams and assess process efficiency.
  • Awareness of Health & Safety and Environmental standards.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
  • Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role.
  • Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and/or IATF 16949 standards.
