Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavioral Technician to join our team at Therapeutic Alliance, LLC. As a Behavioral Technician, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic services to individuals in their care, creating and managing individualized service plans, and building positive relationships with clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients to develop and implement individualized service plans that cater to their unique needs and goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Experience working in in-home/community services is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable source of transportation.
