Role Summary: The Concierge for Ticket Sales plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service by aiding guests with ticket transactions, providing event details, and addressing general inquiries. This position involves operating the ticket scanning system, responding to questions, and ensuring a memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and assist them with ticket purchases and event-related information.
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding event schedules, venue specifics, and other pertinent details.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor while engaging with guests.
  • Keep a tidy and organized workspace, following sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Provide insights about venue amenities, policies, and services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Address guest complaints or issues promptly and courteously.
  • Exhibit excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings as necessary.
  • Support other guest service tasks as required, such as distributing event materials or guiding guests to their designated areas.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management, and guests in a clear and respectful manner, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour. This role typically entails a 35-hour work week.
