We are seeking a skilled Perioperative Nurse to join our team at OakBend Medical Center. As a key member of our perioperative services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing operative or invasive procedures.
**Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with perioperative professionals to ensure seamless patient care
* Plan and implement nursing care to address physical, psychological, and spiritual responses of patients
* Utilize clinical knowledge and judgment to make informed decisions
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team members
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
**Requirements:**
* Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
* Current licensure in Texas as Registered Nurse
* Certified through the American Heart Association in BLS
* ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
