Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Ascension Providence Hospital in Novi, MI. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing computerized tomographic procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and position patients for CT scans, selecting anatomic and technical parameters accurately.
  • Administer contrast media and/or medications within the accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Monitor patient safety and report any abnormal activity during procedures.
  • Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
  • One or more of the following certifications: NMTCB(CT), ARRT(CT), or ARRT(RT) with a Nuclear Medicine or Radiation Therapy specialty.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience or Associate's degree/Technical degree or 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
