Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join our team at Henry Ford Health System. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality CT scans to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including positioning and administering contrast media as needed
  • Monitor patient safety and well-being during procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to provide optimal patient care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical degree preferred
  • 2 years of cumulative experience in CT or related field required; 4 years of experience preferred
  • BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date
  • ARRT(CT) certification or NMTCB(CT) certification required
