**Job Overview**

We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Unarmed Security Officer to maintain a secure and safe environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for enforcing regulations, conducting patrols, and responding to emergencies with efficiency and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to detect potential security risks and ensure a secure environment.
* Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security threats.
* Enforce access control procedures, including verifying authorized personnel and checking credentials.
* Provide excellent customer service by offering assistance and information as needed.
* Respond promptly to emergencies, such as medical incidents or disturbances, and take appropriate action to resolve the situation.
* Complete detailed incident reports documenting any security-related incidents or breaches.
* Collaborate effectively with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary.

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
* Ability to maintain composure and make quick, rational decisions in high-pressure situations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
* Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
* Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Must have a Valid Security Guard License with the State of TN.
* Must submit a drug screening and background check upon offer of employment.
