Job Title: Security Officer - Memphis

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at Titan Security Services Inc in Memphis, Tennessee.

Job Summary:

The Security Officer will be responsible for providing security services at industrial sites in Memphis, Tennessee. This includes conducting mobile patrols, checking sites for any potential security threats, and ensuring the safety of employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mobile patrols at industrial sites to ensure the safety and security of employees and visitors.
  • Check sites for any potential security threats, such as unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty.
  • Control access for patrons, visitors, or vendors as required.
  • Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
  • Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property, including packages.
  • Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • TN Guard License or the ability and background to obtain one.
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience as a security officer or in a customer service, retail, hotel, or restaurant position.
  • Bi-lingual considered a plus.
