About the Role

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a full-time Speech Therapist. This position is based at a school district in Florida.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social development
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate goals and accommodations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress reports
  • Stay current with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Florida state license in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Dedication to providing high-quality services to students
