We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Therapist, you will work with students across various settings, assessing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders. Your expertise will be essential in developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with educators and families to support student success.
Key Responsibilities- Provide speech and language therapy to students with communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create a supportive learning environment.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations for school-based therapy.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Maryland SLP license or eligibility.
- CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred, but CF (Clinical Fellow) candidates will be considered.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working with children in a school setting is a plus.
