Senior Billing Analyst

Join Benco Dental, a leading dental distributor, as a Senior Billing Analyst and play a key role in driving our company's success. As a member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the processes responsible for all customer billing operations.

• Manage the completion, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly billing
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the billing process
• Ensure continuous oversight for RPA items as it relates to all items for Order to Cash
• Build effective relationships with business partners to establish and test new processes and procedures
• Manage the preparation and analyzing the results of revenue-related reconciliations
• Assist with annual financial statement and internal control audits
• Create and distribute regular billing metrics and ad-hoc reports to Senior Leadership
• Lead process change by creating efficiencies and process documentation
• Serve as a mentor to fellow associates guiding the learning and training process

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
• 5+ years of Billing and Finance experience
