Position Overview

As a vital member of our Clinical Education team, you will be instrumental in enhancing nursing practices and fostering professional growth among staff. This role focuses on both NICU and PEDS departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish initial and ongoing competency assessments.
  • Conduct gap analyses to inform the design and implementation of educational programs.
  • Facilitate professional development opportunities for nursing staff.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a related field.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid RN Licensure in the state of practice and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from recognized organizations.
