As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing workers' compensation cases, and facilitating Return to Work (RTW) programs.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with medical and operational leadership to ensure seamless clinic operations
- Provide patient care and treatment according to Medcor's Evidence-Based Medicine protocols
- Manage workers' compensation cases and facilitate RTW programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external medical providers
- Support employee health and wellness initiatives
- Perform medical surveillance screening and testing
- Document care using state-of-the-art EMR software
- Valid Registered Nursing license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong computer and technology skills, including EMR software
- Ability to lift 50lb emergency response bag
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
- Relevant occupational health experience
- Experience in emergency medicine or critical care
