Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as the Clinic Manager in our employer-based, occupational health clinic in Jerome, ID. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing workers' compensation cases, and facilitating Return to Work (RTW) programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with medical and operational leadership to ensure seamless clinic operations
  • Provide patient care and treatment according to Medcor's Evidence-Based Medicine protocols
  • Manage workers' compensation cases and facilitate RTW programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external medical providers
  • Support employee health and wellness initiatives
  • Perform medical surveillance screening and testing
  • Document care using state-of-the-art EMR software
Requirements
  • Valid Registered Nursing license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong computer and technology skills, including EMR software
  • Ability to lift 50lb emergency response bag
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive and outgoing personality
  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant occupational health experience
  • Experience in emergency medicine or critical care
