Position Overview:
Kymanox is seeking a Manufacturing Process Specialist (Contract) to work closely with our client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commissioning, qualification, and validation of facilities, utilities, equipment, and systems.
  • Support the initiation of biotechnology, cell & gene therapy, and pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
  • Design, specify, select, implement, and/or initiate manufacturing and development facilities, utilities, equipment, and systems.
  • Troubleshoot, identify root causes, and enhance processes, equipment, and systems.
  • Implement and qualify Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Assume project management roles for assigned projects within your focus areas.
  • Provide regular updates to management to facilitate timely decision-making and prioritization of project activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical discipline.
  • 3-7 years of experience in the biotech, biologics, cell/gene therapy, or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Experience in commissioning, qualification, and validation of facilities, utilities, equipment, and systems.
  • Knowledge in design, specification, selection, implementation, and/or initiation of manufacturing and development facilities.
  • Experience in process development, scale-up, qualification, and/or technology transfer.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, identify root causes, and enhance processes, equipment, and systems.
  • Familiarity with project management concepts and tools.
  • Proven ability to drive program and project initiatives from concept to full implementation.
