Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will demonstrate responsibility, initiative, and the ability to work independently while employing creative solutions. We seek a dynamic professional eager to collaborate with the team to enhance educational, vocational, and social activities for adults on the autism spectrum, particularly those at Level 3.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to an autistic individual, assisting with daily routines, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and leisure activities.
- Maintain accurate session logs and record behavior data as per treatment plans.
- Assess individual needs, set measurable goals, and monitor progress.
- Develop and maintain educational materials for both in-person and virtual settings.
- Create and implement tailored lesson plans for individual and small group instruction.
- Ensure the learner's health and safety during all activities.

Job Features:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in a relevant field.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid.
- Familiarity with the New York City environment and outdoor activities.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel within New York City and engage in physical activities as required by the role.
