POSITION OVERVIEW

Customer Service Specialists serve as the face of our brand, tasked with fostering a meaningful connection between our clientele and the brand. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Engagement
  • Welcomes and assists every customer; emphasizes customer interaction and suggestive selling to enhance units per transaction and conversion rates.
  • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of products and promotions to articulate value and cultivate brand loyalty.
  • Prioritizes an outstanding customer experience, always placing the customer first; solicits customer feedback and communicates business opportunities to management.
Operational Efficiency
  • Implements processing, restocking, cashiering, promotional activities, and visual/marketing directives in accordance with brand standards.
  • Ensures backstock organization and complies with all company tools, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintains vigilance regarding potential theft and reports concerns to management.
Team Spirit
  • Exhibits pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and our customers; treats customers and team members with professionalism, courtesy, and respect.
  • Celebrates and embraces diversity, inclusion, and collaboration; builds relationships and seeks feedback for ongoing personal development.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous retail experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Flexible availability is required, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
  • Strong communication and time management skills are essential.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods, and lift up to 20 pounds.
The salary range for this position is minimum wage to $16, varying based on the candidate's experience and knowledge.

Subject to eligibility criteria, associates may qualify for paid sick leave and public health emergency leave.
