Job Title: Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of nursing practices based on the latest evidence-based research and standards of care
  • Continuous communication with patients, colleagues, and the healthcare team
  • Utilization of advanced medication administration technologies for patient safety
  • Electronic documentation of patient assessments, care plans, and interventions
  • Providing patient and family education for optimal health and wellness
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for safe patient transitioning

Qualifications

  • Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license
  • BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association
  • Working towards or willing to obtain BSN within three (3) years
  • Six (6) or more months of nursing experience or active participation in Nurse Residency Program
  • Preferred certifications in Telemetry, ACLS, and national certification
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to patient needs, and prioritize patient care
