Teller Floater

We are seeking a skilled Teller Floater / Member Service Representative to support our branches in the Alderwood Region. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform routine financial transactions, and contribute to the success of our organization.

This is a full-time position requiring an in-person schedule, with shifts typically Monday - Friday, 8:45AM - 5:15PM or 9:15AM to 5:45PM, with rotating Saturdays 8:45 AM -1:15PM. You will collaborate with management to join a home location and work with a team to achieve branch goals.

• Perform routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, check cashing, etc.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the branch team to achieve sales and service goals, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

• One-year experience in customer service position required; cash handling and retail sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to flexibly travel between branches.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• A competitive salary range of $22.50 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and education.
• A $1,500 Sign-On Bonus, paid out in two installments: $500 on the first paycheck and $1,000 on the check following the 6-month anniversary.
