Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive cleaning, washing, and detailing of vehicles, ensuring both interior and exterior surfaces are pristine.
  • Meet customer and organizational expectations by adhering to the highest quality standards.
  • Apply polishing, waxing, and protective coatings to enhance vehicle aesthetics.
  • Vacuum, shampoo, and steam clean carpets, upholstery, and other interior elements.
  • Clean and dress tires, wheels, and exterior trim to maintain a polished appearance.
  • Utilize cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Inspect vehicles for damages, defects, or required repairs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the detailing workspace.
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Prior experience in vehicle detailing is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
  • Good physical stamina, capable of standing and/or walking for extended periods and maneuvering effectively.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, squat, reach, and twist frequently.
  • Familiarity with various cleaning products, tools, and techniques used in vehicle detailing.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to read and comprehend product safety information and handling instructions.
