  • Perform general maintenance, preventative maintenance, cleaning, and debris removal
  • Diagnose various equipment problems and repair or recommend replacement
  • Maintain grounds, including pest control, ground leveling, root covering, and general gardening
  • Provide daily property inspection with weekly reports to the Association
  • Participate in monthly property review with board members and contractor representatives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Building maintenance experience/handyman experience a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • People person

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week, with a fixed schedule. Pay is negotiable depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
