Job Summary:
Sun Dance Community is seeking a part-time Maintenance Manager to assist in delivering exceptional care and service to our community. The ideal candidate will bring experience in caring for buildings, property, and equipment with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance, preventative maintenance, cleaning, and debris removal
- Diagnose various equipment problems and repair or recommend replacement
- Maintain grounds, including pest control, ground leveling, root covering, and general gardening
- Provide daily property inspection with weekly reports to the Association
- Participate in monthly property review with board members and contractor representatives
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Building maintenance experience/handyman experience a plus
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- People person
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week, with a fixed schedule. Pay is negotiable depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
