- Define the electrical and firmware architecture for products, serving as a foundational input for contract manufacturers and global teams.
- Work alongside the compliance team to ensure that products adhere to global certification standards for consumer electronics.
- Ensure the creation of clear and comprehensive firmware and hardware specifications/documentation to meet product demands.
- Engage with team members from various disciplines to fulfill project deliverables and resolve challenges.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical leadership capacity involving the design, development, and delivery of embedded hardware and firmware projects.
- Proficient in electrical design aspects: component selection, system architecture, design verification, and documentation.
- Experience in delivering products while adhering to Design for Manufacturability, testability, and reliability standards.
- Expertise in developing embedded firmware for microcontrollers, including design, testing, and debugging.
- Proven ability to address compliance testing and EMI/EMC issues through systematic root cause analysis.
- Capable of navigating ambiguous requirements and adept at establishing order amidst complexity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to operate with minimal supervision or guidance.
- A comprehensive understanding of the product development process, with effective experience leading multi-disciplinary teams through the evolution of products from concept to testing, verification, and approval.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) complemented by strong interpersonal abilities.
