We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to lead our Test Equipment Engineering team at Raytheon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project lifecycles, development, design verification, and manufacturing acceptance of final products.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of approximately 10-15 members in the development and implementation of electrical systems.
- Establish meaningful and measurable goals and communicate effectively with the team to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with multi-discipline teams in the operation, testing, and troubleshooting of systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and eight (8) years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Experience leading efforts as a program manager, IPTL, sub-IPTL, REA, and/or project team lead.
- Experience with financial reporting activities, including CAM.
- Previous work experience developing artifacts in Gain Phase (IQ) analysis.
- Ability to obtain and work in Special Access Program Area(s).
- Experience developing TE for production test environments.
