About the Job
We are seeking a Client Advocacy Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their needs and concerns, and providing expert guidance and support to help them navigate the complexities of the medical claims process. You will also be required to collaborate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.

As a Client Advocacy Specialist, you will be an essential member of our team, helping to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. This role offers a competitive salary of $58,000 per year, plus benefits including 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. Shifts are 8 hours long and occur Monday through Friday, with a weekly day range of 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and concerns
* Provide expert guidance and support to help clients navigate the medical claims process
* Collaborate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to ensure all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions
* Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and other stakeholders

Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High school diploma required, with a bachelor's degree preferred
* Experience with Microsoft Office products and cloud-based software desirable
