Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Sixty Vines in Boca Raton. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing menu strategies, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining high food quality standards.

Sixty Vines is a wine country-inspired restaurant that offers an extensive selection of wines and a seasonal menu featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We pride ourselves on creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where guests can relax and enjoy exceptional cuisine.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement menu strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, labor, and maintenance
  • Maintain high food quality standards through regular taste testing and quality control measures
  • Collaborate with the general manager and director of culinary to execute brand DNA and culinary direction

About You

We are looking for a seasoned chef with 3-5 years of experience in culinary management, responsibility for menu rollouts, and implementation of kitchen systems. You must have a reputation as a leader, motivator, and manager with proven ability to successfully develop and lead teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000-$95,000 per year, plus monthly profit share. Additional benefits include flexible schedules, potential for a 4-day workweek, up to 17 days of PTO, 401K match, insurance after 60 days, wine country trips, and free access to mental health services.
