RN Operating Room FT Nights Position

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room at Piedmont Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct and indirect care to patients, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs, providing safe and effective nursing care to patients of all ages.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Assume the role of Charge Nurse as needed, demonstrating leadership and management skills.
- Current unrestricted RN license in the State of South Carolina.
- Attends IV Therapy training and/or demonstrates competency in intravenous therapy within one year.
- Maintains competency and/or certification specific to departmental requirements.
- Must have current BCLS and ACLS certifications.
- Advanced certification in specialty field and/or participation in professional organization(s) encouraged.
