RN Operating Room FT Nights

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Piedmont Medical Center. As an Operating Room RN, you will provide direct and indirect care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs
- Provide nursing care to patients ranging from infant to geriatric
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve unit and hospital goals
- Float to other nursing units as needed
- Current unrestricted RN license in the State of South Carolina
- Attends IV Therapy training and/or demonstrates competency in intravenous therapy within one year
- Maintains competency and/or certification specific to departmental requirements
- Current BCLS and ACLS certifications
- Advanced certification in specialty field and/or participation in professional organization(s) encouraged
- Previous hospital experience
- Management and teaching ability
- Ability to assume the role of a Charge Nurse as needed
