- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Oversee documentation for the wastewater division, ensuring accuracy and proper submission to the company database and relevant jurisdictional portals.
- Maintain and accurately input project-related data into company systems.
- Compile and present project updates and reports to management.
- Assist in the collection of job records as requested by clients.
- Contribute to the 'After Hours' core process.
- Perform various administrative duties as assigned by the Coordination Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or project coordination/administration.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry applications.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with the plumbing industry is advantageous.
