Position Overview:

Internship Duration:
Rivian internships are tailored for students, providing valuable experiences.

Eligibility requires you to be an undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in an accredited program during the internship period.

It is essential to meet any specific internship program requirements set by your institution.

Key Responsibilities:


Collaborate with the Verification lead to comprehend the functional specifications of the Device Under Test (DUT) and the Verification Environment, which includes Drivers, Checkers, and Monitors.

Formulate test strategies, document tests, report issues, and investigate root causes.

Automate scripts and generate metrics, including dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Required Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD program at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign

Pursuing a degree in a field closely related to Machine Learning or Computer Vision

Relevant Coursework:
Logic design, computer architecture, data structures, and algorithms are mandatory.

Completion of at least two undergraduate courses in circuit theory and CMOS VLSI design is required.

Proficiency in Python, Shell Scripting, and TCL/TK is essential.

Must be based in the Champaign area.

Availability for 15-20 hours per week during the academic year and 40 hours during the summer is necessary.

This role will require regular updates on task status and monthly project reports.

Compensation Information:

Hourly Rate for Internships:
The pay range for internships is hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including location.
