Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Manager to join our team at Summerwood Master. As a Shift Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Satisfaction/Product Quality
    • Maintain fast, accurate service and ensure products meet company quality standards.
    • Conduct periodic food safety audits and provide coaching and feedback to crew on customer service, product quality, and speed of service.
  • Financial
    • Assist with day-to-day cash procedures, including bank deposits, making change, and verifying drawers.
  • Operations
    • Conduct daily inventory, complete shift-to-shift food safety audits, and set up daily control sheets.
    • Review facility and equipment readiness, monitor inventory, food preparation, and order fulfillment to ensure adherence to company standards.
    • Monitor speed with service (SWS) performance and resolve bottlenecks to achieve SWS goals.
    • In the absence of management, responsible for food and supplies deliveries and restaurant opening and closing.
  • Human Resources
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback for crew employees.
    • Provide hands-on training for crew in Learning Zone.
