RN - Medical Mental Health Nurse

Levindale Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Charge Nurse II to join our Brain Health Unit team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing safe, age-appropriate patient care and serving as an advisor, resource, and leader for other members of the patient care team.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to promote a culture of excellence and patient safety
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Charge Nurse or in a lead/nurse role
- Knowledge of a specialized field, with nursing certification in the specialty area within 3-5 years of hire
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
