RN - Medical Mental Health Nurse - Full Time Weekends

At LifeBridge Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Charge Nurse II in the Brain Health Unit. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment, working day shifts from 7:00am to 7:30pm.
About the Role:As a Charge Nurse II, you will be responsible for providing safe, age-appropriate patient care and serving as an advisor, resource, and leader for other members of the patient care team. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Lead and mentor staff members to promote a culture of excellence and teamwork
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and address patient needs and concerns
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Charge Nurse or in a lead/nurse role
- Knowledge of a specialized field, with nursing certification in a specialty area within 3-5 years of hire
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
