We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at AccentCare. As a Home Health LPN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 4 or 5 days a week, with a competitive hourly rate of $33 - $39. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • One year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience.
  • The ability to provide nursing visits according to the treatment as prescribed by the physician and maintain accurate and complete medical records.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to all business locations.
